Wenfeng View is located in the north of the Wu Gorge mouth of the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River. The peak is 720 meters above sea level and 19 kilometers away from Wushan County. Wenfeng Temple was built in the Ming Dynasty and was called "Lingyun Temple". The incense radiated to the Gaotang Ancient Temple and the Chaoyuan Temple. Later, it was renovated and restored during the Qianlong period. Because the peak of the Taoist Temple is towering like a pen, it was renamed "Wenfeng Temple". It tells about the historical vicissitudes and character of the Wushan people for thousands of years.

In 2019, Wushan Wenfeng View was rated as a national 4A scenic spot. The scenic spot takes the scenic trail built along the Wuxia ridge as the axis, connecting four functional areas of "Self-cultivation", "Taoist Experience", "Pine Forest Rest" and "Gaoxia Pinghu" in series.
